Purple Headz Salon was founded on one simple principle — Healthy Hair First. For over 20 years, I’ve helped clients regain confidence by restoring and promoting natural hair growth. My passion is in creating real results, whether it's repairing damaged hair, supporting clients with hair loss concerns, or teaching future professionals how to do the same. At Purple Headz, every strand matters.

I am Andrea Chanel Jenkins (The Purple-Headed Educator).

My passion is educating others about healthy hair care while motivating them toward their full potential.

As a wife, mother, and entrepreneur, I am proof that with determination and support, you can achieve your dreams.

I hold cosmetology licenses in Georgia, Florida and South Carolina.

My 25 years of experience is valuable; however, it is my firm belief that being licensed is a vital asset in this industry.

Knowing the science of cosmetology, along with correct hygiene and safety protocols, enables you to better serve your clients. This became abundantly clear when I discovered skin cancer in one of my clients’ scalp. They received medical attention at my suggestion and returned to thank me for my professional advice.

Education enabled me to recognize what they could not see. It is why I became an award-winning licensed instructor, teaching at nationally accredited Beauty Schools across the southeast.

One of my deepest joys is helping students acquire their license and reach their goals.
